Oddball Productions English Electric F.3 Lightning

I came across this kit on the Ecardmodels site during the Christmas/New Year break and just had to buy it as it's one of my all time favourite aircraft! I'm not quite sure what makes it 'odd' though?! Anyway, this is the first aircraft card model I've completed in a long time, and fortunately it went together pretty well. I hope you like it:-







I did intend to build it with wheels down, but I forgot to add any weight to the nose :rolleyes:. After I'd finished it I looked around for a suitable stand but couldn't find one anywhere so I designed my own, using my patented empty-ballpoint-pen-tube method of supporting the model lol:-
