Dear Friends:
The time came finally after talking with Keven at Army Heritage days last year to try to mold card stock. He said put alcohol on the back of the card stock and press it into a soft cloth with some thing round. I down loaded the winter Capt. America from Jules site to see his Shield it is on one page so I printed it on 110# card stock with a epson XP-330 printer cut out the parts Really did not like the flat center of the shield. Note the Dead Light bulb 70% Isopropyl Alcohol and cue tips in the picture. I just dunked the cue tip in the Bottle and spread it on the back of the card circle then put it on the light bulb and used the palm of my hand to hold the shape I held it for 8 min. then just let it dry over night on the bulb. Really makes a big difference in the shield. I see the new phone camera will need some tests.
Be brave experiment not quite right just print again
Enjoy,
Miles
