Well, I got something done... A North American "Texan" A-6 trainer bought by the Israelis in 1948. They quickly repainted the bright yellow trainers, armed them, and sent them directly into combat. My model is from Fiddler Green and is about 1/87 scale. I beefed up the landing gear by layers and added a small nose to the prop. Otherwise pretty much like the printed model. My hands hurt and this try is not as nice as I would like it to be, but I got one done!:eek:
