I have been used Samsung Propel Pro (SGH-i627)for years but it hasn't been working since last month, even swap to the 5000mah battery from mpj which ought to be fine. I hesitated to send my phone into repair centre because of the probably high cost. Does anyone know how much it would cost to repair a phone won’t turn on?
