Password Keeper Password not working after restore

One of my users backed up, wiped, and restored his Z10. Okay, all fine, except when he tries to use Password Keeper, it rejects his password. Is there any way to reset that password? I'm not familiar with Password Keeper, so I'm not sure where this could be done.
