Sorry I've been out of touch. I've been in hospital for several months and now trying to adjust to a very new lifestyle. My foot developed a very dangerous infection and they had to remove half of my leg, I had three operations and am now permanently in a wheelchair. I have only recently come home and struggling to cope as I'm still waiting for government help and advice. I also still have a further infection to cope with and told I may have to lose more leg if the antibiotics don't work. I suppose they keep going until they reach my neck!
Just wanted you to know that I don't know when I can resume my different hobbies as I'm too busy crashing into everything with my new wheels and discovering what I can or can't do. I hope you are all keeping well and I one day hope to do more here.
