Sandrock EW shoulder armor

I have been looking around and im making a cosplay , but the part i need i havent found in any type of paper models its the shoulder armor that holds the cloak for sandrock in the EW movie , but I dont know how to make complex models so I need help.

I cant find this paper craft model anywhere like there are models of the whole figure just not this part and im not able to create models to well so I need help to create it
