From Papermau, a 3-evening project, built for a friend. It's a nice little kit. The only change I made was to print the suspension tubes on 24# paper and add about 3/4 inch to their width before rolling them on piano wire.
I think it's 1/35 scale. That looks about right. Maybe 1/33.
