Murph's Model Piper Aztec U11 and PA23 Beta Build

Well, it's sort of more proper to switch from OBP to Murph's Models when titling.

I intend to build these two liveries of the Aztec one after another, but tempted

to build them side by side. Let's see how things go.

The first to report is that the model, reduced to 2 pages on 1 A4 paper, meaning

some 70% of the original, measures abt 24.5 cm in length. So, working backwards,

with head exploding as Aaron puts it, it stands at abt 1:39 for my builds, but the

original scale is abt 1:27. See, Aaron never says about the scale when passing

the model for beta building. You'll have to find out when the fuselage is done.

Maybe he doesn't know beforehand neither.

A minor glitch is the overspill of dark colour over the adjacent parts of the nose cone

of the Navy livery. See pics that explain better than my limited English.

I'll patch it up later instead of re-building the nose cone.
