X-wing red 2 1:48 beginner build

Hello there.

Trying to build this. been strugling to know how to start it but i now think its with these pieces:

also there is a red circle on the front and back pieces that i dont know if im supposed to open and dont know what is the piece that stays in between 4L and 4R.
