No instructions, but all tabs are numbered and there are numbers next to the gaps indicating which tab connects there. To keep straight, I wrote the numbers in pencil on the back.
Folds are indicated, but not differentiated between mountain and valley folds.
I printed off at two pages per page. Halfway through the body, I decided getting the last body piece in place would be difficult, so I started working from the bottom up.
