Hello from Malaysia!
Hi everyone! Just found this forum and it's great! I used to work with mostly cardboard but cutting the parts out eventually became really tiring. Then, I found paper modeling and I've found out that it feels a lot more versatile. Made a simple R2D2 model a few days ago and that was great fun. Currently working on an Iron Man model (yes, because of Civil War, lol). :)
Free trams. buses etc.
While searching for HO model trams, I came across these two sites.
The Russian one has a range of model buses, trolleybuses and trams as well as a few other models. Click on the picture of your choice on the first page, then the model type on the next page, then on the third page you'll see a list of models. Click on the bold type vehicle name at the centre top of a section, and that takes you to the page for that model. Look at the top left hand side for "[ Скачать с сервера (nnn.nn Kb) ]" and click that, which is the download link. A bit convoluted, but it works.

The second site is an Australian Forum which has lots of Aussie buses and trams from our friend Mungojerrie. Click the photos to download.
I tried adding these to the links pages, but experienced difficulties.
PS: I lost (sob!) all my files for Soldex European trams, and have been unable to find the sites again (The Soldex site is no longer in existence) so if anyone can find any or has the models, I'd be grateful for links etc.

First time builder - Need some basics
"Do I cut on the black line or outside it ?" As a first time builder I'm going to have a lot of simple questions. Is there some article or such that would help me ?

St. Lorenz / Nueremberg 1:250 (Evang. Kirchengemeinde Nuernberg) 2te Auflage 2014
Ricardo Leite did an excellent assembly report about this model.
Look here: http://ift.tt/1O4PFcS
I've designed the model in 2009, a second edition was published 2014
and because I've started the design of ROUEN chathedral late 2015
I think it is time to assemble myself St. Lorenz ... not at least to show
larger pictures here...
The first picture shows the assembly made and photographed by
Thomas Rothe to habe attractive picture for the 2nd edition cover.
The second picture shows the base and the first wall ...
