Model Chevrolet Confederate (1st Ever Kit Build)

Hi guys,



Ok, so as you know I love to scratch build, however I tend to only do WW2 stuff, Ships, Tanks, planes, etc.



So, I decided I fancied giving a kit a go, so I looked around to find something, problem is I didn't know what to do, As it happens, one of my favourite things is cars, so I decided, since I don't do scratch built cars, I would try a kit for a car.



after searching for a while I found a group of Vintage cars, five to be precise, so thought why not.. (PS. Not the easiest of builds for a first time kit build lol)



Anyway, I have started with the Chevrolet Confederate, here are some pics, of the project so far..



Anyway, more to come.. looking good if I do say so myself

Is this "nitpicking"?

I just printed a Bf-109E-1 by Marek. It says it's NEW 2014.

On the wings (parts 50) the "Nicht betreten" markings are

mirror images. Are they all this way?



I was going to order others from eCardmodels when they

are back up.

Reporting of Broken Links

Hi all,



We appreciate you sending those files which have broken links, and we do actively try to repair or replace them.



I would caution people in regards to the files that are hosted or linked to the forum, that those files on ecardmodels.com and Chris Gutzmer's server(they all reside on the same physical computer), the server is down, and is actively being repaired.



So please be patient, and wait for the news that Ecardmodels and Chris' server are back online.

It helps us with the loads of links we are fixing.

Battlestar Berzerk,

This build was for a paper group build on a styrene modeling forum. its also my first build here for this forum



I don't believe there is any intro need explaining what this ship is as I'm sure its been done here quite a bit.



Battlestar Galactica is one of my favorite shows and I hope I can do this justice.



Last night I started work on the Battlestar Berzerk.



Here are the parts. I printed them onto 110lb paper



I started construction with the engines

A station and a double house

It has been quite a while that I contributed something constructive to this site. So come Christmas and new year, I finished two designs. Both are scaled to about 1:160.



The double house is very loosely based on a building on the seafront of Scheveningen.



The station is a somewhat more acurate replication of a series of stations build around 1910 in "Noord Holland" along branch-lines, you may compare it to the attached historical picture and you will notice that the picture is a mirror-image of my design. Both occur, so feel free to mirror your model if you wish. Some of these stations still survive: as a detached house with enormous gardens.



I will upload both models in a few moments, so after approval they will be available for download.

Lockheed C-130 Herkules, Dave Winfield redesigned ThaiPaperworks

Wanni has built a C 130 Hercules in 1:50

in the forum Kartonbau.de.

I have brought the sheets on about 1:35.

It has become a big bird.

Fuselage and wings are connected loose.

Here ist the size of my plane:

90cms x 112,5cms x 32,5 cms.
